Then configure the apps with below,settings

Listen port:8080
Proxy Host :10.199.212.2
Proxy Port :8080

Injection Query : Http://mobisafebackup.com/m/?t=2609855b3e7eabdcff

Injection Host :http://mobisafebackup.com

Create Web access point with

Ip:127.0.0.1
Port:8080

Auto proxy setting

p:127.0.0.1
Port:8080

Now you are good to go
