Ashomitsu who managed to create the CM theme inspired by the developers preview. This topic won’t be necessary for nexus users running the developers preview of Android 7.0 Nougat. I already detailed guide on how to install Android 7.0 Nougat developers preview on Nexus phones.
This theme is engineered to support CyanogenMod [12, 12.1, 13 & 13.1] or any other custom rom based on CyanogenMod or has theme engine support. However, themed section includes WhatsApp, system UI (Notifications, QS header, Volume Panels), settings, phone/dialer, contact, calculator (AOSP, Google), Trebuchet, Launcher3, Google Now Launchers and few other things.
